Regional Bid Manager
SQUALIO Team is looking for an experienced Bid Manager to establish and manage our bid and tendering processes. The Bid Manager will identify tender opportunities, evaluate their potential, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure the submission of high-quality bids. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Research and monitor relevant sources for potential tender opportunities.
- Evaluate opportunities based on organizational capabilities and strategic fit, prioritize them by relevance and potential impact.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop proposals.
- Conduct due diligence, including client checks and financial analysis.
- Assess project risks and negotiate necessary agreements.
- Coordinate tasks and responsibilities with partners and stakeholders.
- Collect, manage, and ensure compliance of all required documentation.
- Review and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in bid management, especially in IT.
- Understanding of tendering and government procurement.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tender management software.
