HR Operations Manager
Squalio team is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee all functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees across the borders. You will play a central role in overseeing, managing, and streamlining our human resources operations. Your responsibilities will encompass payroll management, policy implementation, improvement of employee expiriance and managing the internal communication. You will be the linchpin ensuring the seamless functioning of all internal HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, employee engagement.
- Maintaining and improving HR systems.
- Manage the implementation of employment policies.
- Ensure the onboarding process is handled in a professional manner.
- Support the performance review process and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Ensure internal HR communications, including any issues, initiatives are coordinated timely.
- Internal and external reporting and statistics.
- Take care of contract and other documentation.
Requirements
- A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Latvian Labour Law and other related legal enactments.
- Strong verbal and written Latvian and English skills.
- Open-minded and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
